  • Where are your products from?
    All products offered on PNW Pantry are from Washington State businesses. We've searched high and low to find unique offerings from throughout the Pacific Northwest.
  • What is your return policy?
    At PNW Pantry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns within 15 days of purchase. However, please note that all returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as they were received. For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns on food items but please reach out with concerns and we will do our best to address them. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and they will guide you through the process. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment, minus any shipping charges. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
  • Where do you ship to?
    Currently we only ship within the United States. If you would like shipping outside of the United States, reach out through our contact form and we'll see what we can do.
